North Pole Air Mail
Straight from the North Pole! Your elf arrives in a festive delivery basket beneath a whimsical sky-inspired balloon, complete with holiday ribbon and charming seasonal details.
Elves are NOT included with any of our Elf Arrival displays. Customers must provide their own elf.
DIY Elf Placement: All displays are designed for easy DIY elf placement once your arrangement has been picked up, allowing you to add your family's elf at home before the big reveal!
Optional Elf Placement: If you prefer that we arrange your elf within the display, a drop-off time must be coordinated in advance.
Elf Snow Globe: This design requires your elf to be placed inside the balloon during assembly. Customers must drop off their elf at least 7 days before their scheduled pickup date.
Drop-off details will be coordinated after your order is placed.
Because each item is custom made and personalized, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available on personalized itmes. If there is an issue with your order, please contact The Good Party as soon as possible so we can review it
Once the item has been picked up and leaves our possession, The Good Party is not responsible for damage that occurs during transport, handling, storage, or setup by the customer or another party. Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, cold, sharp objects, tight spaces, and improper handling.
If there is an issue with your order that appears to be related to workmanship, please contact The Good Party as soon as possible so we can review it.
This item is local pickup only. Shipping and delivery are not available for pickup collection items. Please select your preferred pickupdate or pickup window before checkout. Pickup details will be provided with your order confirmation.
