Start by submitting an inquiry through our website. Once we discuss your ideas, you'll receive a custom proposal. Your date is offically secured once your contract is signed and the 50% nonrefundable retainer is paid.

The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. Bookings made within seven days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Retainers are nonrefundable because materials, preparation, and your event date are reserved specifically for you. Date changes are subject to availability, and cancellations mde within 14 days of the event require payment of the full balance.
Yes, but outdoor balloons are affected by heat, sunlight, wind, rain, and changes in temperature. We'll recommend the safest setup possible, but their appearance and longevity cannot be guranteed once exposed to outdoor conditions.
Yes! The Good Party is fully insured, so you can feel confident welcoming us into your venue and trusting us with your celebration.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and busy seasons. Last-minute requests may be accomodated depending on availability of materials and staff.
We'll need confirmed access times, accurate setup details, and permission to install decor in the space. Some installations may require access to electricity, walls, ceilings, or specific venue approved attachment points.
